This is one of my favourite books I have read so far this summer holiday. I was a bit apprehensive, as sometimes when famous people turn to writing books, they aren’t always that great… Crook, however, seems to be a natural story teller and a talented illustrator!
Do you recognise the pirates above from Pirates of the Caribbean? Mckenzie Crook is the one on the right hand side – the one with the wooden eye!
I thought I recognised McKenzie Crook from somewhere, at least I know now.
