Today would have been Roald Dahl’s 100th birthday! At school, we celebrated in style, dressing as our favourite characters from his books. I was impressed at the time and effort spent in many of the costumes that the children came in – the teachers too!
I was very excited to get all dressed up and went one step further this year – purple contacts! But which character would I be if I had purple eyes??? Below are a few snaps of teachers from my school – can you guess who they are?

Megan! So lovely to hear from you. I hope you’re enjoying year 7. I’m glad to hear that you’re still into reading – Private Peaceful is my favourite book by Michael Morpurgo. Have you read anything else good recently? Any recommendations?
Lots of love to you and all the old Ravens gang!
